Job Description

At Academics we are working on behalf of a Spectacular SEN Specialist School in Kempston who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Practitioner to join a nurturing and inclusive educational team. They are dedicated to supporting children with special educational needs in the education and training environment.

About the EYFS Practitioner Role:

  • We are looking for a passionate individual committed to working with children who have special educational needs. You will be part of a collaborative team that shares knowledge and best practices to improve pupil outcomes.
  • As an EYFS Practitioner in Kempston, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning in a supportive environment for children with autism, profound and multiple learning difficulties, complex medical needs, and severe learning difficulties. All pupils have Education, Health, and Care Plans, and you will be responsible for designing and delivering personalised, engaging lessons that support each child's individual needs and development.
  • Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals, you will help create a safe, supportive, and inspiring classroom where every child can access the curriculum, develop essential skills, and thrive.

Pay: £22,601 – £32,916
