We are currently recruiting full-time Experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) roles to work in Primary Schools across Cowbridge and the surrounding areas of Sully, Rhoose, and Llantwit Major. Schools are seeking an Experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils throughout the spring and summer terms of this academic year. These opportunities are ideal for candidates based in Cowbridge who are looking for consistent, full-time work within supportive school environments.
An Experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will ideally hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification and be knowledgeable in communication strategies such as Makaton, PECS, or similar approaches. Experience supporting children in a school setting is essential.
