We are working with a fantastic SEND school in Chelmsford who are seeking an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (SEND) to join their team as soon as possible. This is a long-term opportunity with a clear view to becoming permanent for the right candidate. The Role
- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities across the school
- Delivering targeted interventions and supporting learning under teacher guidance
- Leading small groups and covering classes when required

- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to support individual learning plans
