Responsibilities
- Support and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences following the EYFS framework
- Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
- Support children\\\’s personal, social, and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to meet each child\\\’s individual needs
- Observe, assess, and record children\\\’s progress to inform future planning
Qualifications
- Experience working within Early Years or Foundation Stage
- A caring, patient, and creative approach to supporting learning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
