Early Years Practitioner East Kent

Location: East Kent – including Canterbury, Thanet, Dover, Whitstable/Herne Bay, Folkestone, and Hythe

Responsibilities

  • Support and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences following the EYFS framework
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
  • Support children\\\’s personal, social, and emotional development
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to meet each child\\\’s individual needs
  • Observe, assess, and record children\\\’s progress to inform future planning

Qualifications

  • Experience working within Early Years or Foundation Stage
  • A caring, patient, and creative approach to supporting learning
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
