The Role As a teacher of Design Technology – Second in Charge, you will: Support the Head of Department in driving innovation, progress, and achievement across the Design Technology curriculum. Lead on the development and delivery of Resistant Materials at KS3 and KS4, ensuring engaging, creative, and challenging lessons for all learners. Assist with departmental planning, assessment, and resource management, fostering a culture of excellence.
