This Behaviour Support role is aimed at an enthusiastic, empathetic Criminology Graduate who wants to initiate restorative practices to assist a wide array of social and emotional needs students, ranging from early childhood trauma, to eating disorders, to school refusal and at-risk criminal offending groups. The school has not had a permanent exclusion for over 12 months, and is committed to ensure no student is left behind both pastorally and academically.
