About the Role: Cover Supervisors are essential to the smooth running of schools, stepping in for absent teachers and ensuring continuity in the classroom. As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise pre-assigned lessons, manage classroom behavior, and maintain a productive learning environment. Key Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor: Supervise pre-assigned lessons in the absence of regular teachers. Establish rapport quickly with students. Implement effective behavior management strategies in line with school policies. Be flexible to cover various subjects across KS3, KS4, and KS5. Ensure students remain on task and complete assigned work.Requirements to be a Cover Supervisor: Hold a UK recognized degree or have relevant experience in a similar role. Have the right to work in the UK. Possess a valid enhanced DBS check (preferably issued within the last year or on the update service).
