An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and creative Teacher of Music to join a successful and inclusive secondary school in Barking & Dagenham on a permanent basis, starting immediately. This role is open to both ECTs and experienced teachers, making it ideal for someone looking to begin or continue their teaching career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Music lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available depending on experience)
- Inspire students to develop musical skills, creativity, and confidence
- Contribute to extracurricular music activities such as clubs, ensembles, or performances
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress effectively
- Work collaboratively within the department and wider school community
