Role Overview

The Reception Class Teacher Role
- Plan and prepare engaging lessons based on individual needs and motivate all learners.
- Teach according to the children's educational and emotional needs.
- Mark in line with the school's policies and procedures.
- Complete ongoing assessments, record progress and report to middle and senior leaders.
- Communicate effectively with parents & carers regarding pupils' achievements and well‑being.
