Academics are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant based in a Primary School in Holmes Chapel on the Early Years Team. With an 'OUTSTANDING/GOOD' rating, this school has a dedicated, caring, and experienced staff who work hard to provide a balance of learning approaches to ensure that each child reaches his/her full potential.
This role would be a part time role from Wednesday to Friday starting from January with potential to carry on into the new academic year for the right candidate.
To be considered you will have:
- Enthusiasm and passion for children
- An understanding of how young children learn
- NVQ Qualification in Childcare or equivalent
- Experience in working 1:1 with children
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A valid DBS (we can support with this process)
- Be fully cleared to work through Academics
