A fantastic opportunity has become available for a psychology graduate looking to gain valuable experience providing restorative practices to young people with a diverse set of complex needs. This is a Good Ofsted rated mainstream school in Chelmsford, who are actively recruiting for specialist behaviour support workers with a psychology or criminology graduate background. The school is looking for either an experienced SEN behaviour support worker or a graduate, to provide individualised support to children with complex needs.
