Are you an experienced Recruitment Resourcer who would like to work in the Education Sector? Would you like to work in Chelmsford? We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our established and growing Education Recruitment team in our Chelmsford office. The Role
- Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality education professionals
- Managing the candidate journey from initial contact through to placement
- Conducting candidate registrations, interviews, and compliance checks
- Maintaining and updating the CRM/database accurately

- Building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline within the education market
About You
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer (education sector experience is highly desirable)
