Academics, a leading education recruitment agency, is expanding our Berkhamsted office and seeking a proactive Resourcer to support our consultants in finding and engaging top teaching talent.
Location: Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire
Pay: Β£24,500 to Β£28,500 plus commission
About the Role: As a Resourcer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our education recruitment consultants by:
- Sourcing and screening teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff for schools across the region.
- Building strong candidate relationships and maintaining our talent database.
- Writing engaging job adverts and managing candidate pipelines.
- Assisting consultants with interview coordination and compliance administration.
- Liaising with schools.
