Behaviour Support Worker Needed in Mytholmroyd

About the Role: * Work 1:1 with a KS2 child with ASD in a client school based in Mytholmroyd. * Full time position, intended on leading to a permanent role. * Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for the child. * Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to the child\’s needs. * Contribute to the child\’s development and progress. You\’ll be Ideal if You Have: * A minimum of 1 years’ experience working with children with ASD in an educational setting. * An understanding of autism spectrum disorder and associated behaviours. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and de-escalation skills. * A calm, patient, and positive approach. * The ability to build rapport and trust with children. * A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
