An OFSTED "Good" rated primary school in Batley requires a Behaviour and Social Inclusion Worker to start as soon as possible. This is a rare opportunity to work with children who may have struggled with SEMH, and the role will be centred around the well-being and development of primary-aged children.

The school is specifically looking for someone who is committed to developing a team approach, working with parents, teachers, support staff, and the wider community. You should have an enthusiastic and passionate approach to the development of children and other staff where appropriate, as well as a keen thirst for further learning to develop your own skills.

You should also be able to act upon your own initiative, planning and managing your own workload, prioritising, and being responsive to unplanned circumstances, emergencies, and varying needs.
