An amazing school in Headington are looking for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join them in fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for their students. The role is to start in January. The role is focused on supporting students to manage and process their emotions in healthy ways and ensure that they have access to healthy coping strategies to make use of at school and at home.
As a dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant, your work will involve focusing and delivering tailored interventions for the students who need it most. You will also play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviour in the classroom. You will ensure that they are equipped with the right tools to support them in laying down foundations for good mental health.
