A specialist school in Reading is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team for the new academic year. This is a full-time position supporting students with significant behavioural and emotional needs, many of whom have experienced trauma, adverse home environments, or disrupted education.
Your role as a Behaviour Support Assistant is an important one as you will be responsible for supporting the classroom as a whole, while also being a right hand for the students.
