We are currently experiencing a high demand for ALN Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with additional learning needs across a variety of primary schools in the Vale of Glamorgan, including Barry, Penarth & Rhoose.
We are seeking individuals with strong experience supporting children with ALN in any setting. The roles available include:
- 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
- General classroom support within Special Resource Bases
- Day-to-day cover supporting schools with staff absences
Opportunities are available on both full-time and part-time bases, ranging from 5 days per week to 2-3 days per week, offering flexibility to suit your availability. Whether you are looking for regular work or flexible supply opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Experience supporting children with additional learning needs
- Enhanced DBS certificate
- Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council)
Desirable Qualifications
- Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning

Pay
From £95 per day. Any increases in pay are dependent on experience, qualifications, and client school rates.
