Academics are proud to be supporting a welcoming and nurturing Primary School in Barnsley with a recruitment gap in their Early Years team. We're looking for a passionate and committed Nursery Nurse or Early Years Teaching Assistant (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent) who thrives in a stable, long-term setting rather than daily supply.
The Role: This is a full-time, on-site role within a friendly Early Years team where you'll:
- Be a positive role model and lead with best practice
- Support a small, collaborative room team
- Assist with snacks, playtime, and personal care
- Ensure children’s wellbeing, safety, and safeguarding at all times
- Deliver meaningful, age-appropriate learning and care
Essential Requirements:
- CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
