Assistant Premises Manager Location: Gillingham Position: Full Time Start Date: January 2025 orASAP Academics are working with an excellent and friendly Secondary school based in Gillingham that is looking for a committed, motivated, and hardworking Assistant Premises Manager to join their site team immediately. Key Responsibilities: Completing general maintenance duties. Performing minor repairs and refurbishments. Handling porterage and basic DIY tasks. Ensuring the health and safety of the school premises. Responsible for opening/closing the site. Requirements: Previous site/premises experience required. School experience is an advantage but not essential. Must have a fully Enhanced DBS. General maintenance experience.
