Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapist
to join their brand-new
Autism Resource Base , which will grow to accommodate up to 10 children. The provision will be led by an experienced specialist teacher, and you will be supported by the Base Manager and a highly collaborative SEN team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of shaping a new resource base, working closely with pupils with autism to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The Role: Provide tailored ABA support to pupils with autism within a small resource base setting. Work closely with the Base Manager, specialist teacher, and wider SEN team to deliver high-quality interventions. Support children to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Assist in creating an engaging, nurturing, and structured learning environment. Receive on-the-job training and professional development opportunities. The Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children with ASD and knowledge of ABA approaches (desirable but not essential). A passion for supporting children with additional needs and a drive to make a real difference. Patience, resilience, and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
