The Role
We are looking for a motivated and effective 6th Form Teacher to join a close-knit, collaborative team. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality lessons, supporting learners with diverse needs, and playing an essential role in their academic and personal development.
What We’re Looking For
- A relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching and assessing BTEC or similar vocational qualifications
- Strong understanding of special educational needs (SEN)
- Effective classroom strategies and excellent communication skills
- Passion, resilience, and a commitment to nurturing student development
Desirable attributes include knowledge of careers education and familiarity with the “Helping Children Achieve More” agenda.
