1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
to join welcoming primary and secondary schools across
Bristol . In this role, you\’ll be the vital link helping pupils overcome barriers to learning – empowering them to grow in confidence, thrive socially, and achieve their goals. What You\’ll Be Doing: Providing tailored 1:1 support that meets the individual needs of pupils Encouraging pupils to actively take part in lessons and wider school life Implementing targeted strategies to help pupils make measurable progress Building strong, positive and trusting relationships with pupils Working hand-in-hand with class teachers and communicating with parents to celebrate success and track development What We\’re Looking For: Experience working with children or young people Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Two recent professional references This is an exciting opportunity to grow your experience within inclusive, supportive schools that are passionate about nurturing every child.
