1:1 SEN Support Assistant – Slough

Join a supportive and welcoming school community in Slough as a 1:1 SEN Support Assistant this September.
Responsibilities
- Personalised Support: Provide targeted, one-to-one assistance tailored to the student’s specific learning needs—whether academic, social, or emotional.
- Learning Facilitation: Help deliver engaging and accessible lessons, adapting materials and activities to suit the student’s learning style and pace.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and record the student’s development, regularly sharing updates with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure consistent progress.
- Emotional and Social Guidance: Create a supportive and nurturing environment, helping the student build confidence, independence, and social skills.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with teaching staff, the SENCO, and parents to implement effective learning and support strategies.
