1:1 SEN Support Assistant (Ideal for Neurodivergent Applicants)
Location: Near Macclesfield and Congleton

We are looking for a 1:1 SEN Support Assistant to work closely with a Year 3 pupil who has Autism and ADHD. This is a full-time, term-time role supporting a young boy who benefits most from staff who truly understand how he sees the world.
About the Pupil
He is an energetic, funny, and affectionate child who loves movement and games. He has Autism and ADHD and finds the structure of the classroom challenging at times. He needs constant supervision and may occasionally become physically dysregulated when overwhelmed or anxious. However, with the right adult support, He is at his best — happy, engaged, and ready to connect.
