We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school community in Slough this January.
As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with a specific student or a small group of students, providing essential academic, emotional, and behavioural support to help them reach their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and personal development.
Key Responsibilities of a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant:
- Individualised Support: Provide tailored one-to-one assistance based on the student\βs unique learning needs, whether academic, behavioural, or emotional.
- Support Learning: Assist in delivering engaging lessons, adapting resources and tasks to meet the student\βs learning style and ensuring full participation.
- Track Progress: Monitor the student\βs progress and share regular updates with the class teacher and SENCO to support effective planning.
