An excellent primary school in Tilehurst are searching for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join them ASAP. They have a child in KS2 with an EHCP – the child has Autism and will require someone who understands these needs. The primary school are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and has a true passion for working with children with SEN. Ideally a background working with Autism would be ideal for this position.
This is a long-term, full time opportunity and will require a SEN teaching assistant who is fully committed to their role. Ideally the SEN teaching assistant will have had previous experience in a similar position working with special needs in a school. This role requires someone with patience – the school are happy to provide support and guidance but will need a SEN teaching assistant who is passionate about SEN.
