A welcoming primary school in Didcot is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate year 4 class teacher to join their team from January 2026. The school holds the inclusion of all their students at the core of its values and are looking for a new teacher who can encourage their students to strive towards achieving their goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as a mentor to all students, encouraging them to succeed and supporting their individual targets
- Track progress of students effectively and plan suitable interventions
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment where all students feel supported
- Work closely with other KS2 colleagues to ensure that the curriculum is taught cohesively
- Share planning with other teachers across KS2
- Demonstrate a track record of excellent teaching within a primary setting (KS2 experience is valued highly)
