We offer a fulfilling and exciting role as a Learning Support Assistant in a well‑respected primary school located in Weston‑S‑Mare. Your role will encompass individual 1‑to‑1 support as well as guiding small group learning and activities.

£80 – £95 per day

Full‑Time (8:30 am‑3:30 pm)

Learning Support Assistant Requirements

• Empathetic and skilled in building meaningful relationships with children
• Ability to adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each child
• Collaborate closely with teachers, educational psychologists, and other professionals
• Ensure accurate implementation of personalised educational plans
• Create and adapt support materials to facilitate success in a mainstream classroom environment
• Foster an engaging and stimulating classroom learning experience
