Teaching Assistant

Overview

Academics Ltd is currently recruiting a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a mainstream secondary school. This Teaching Assistant role is offered on a temporary basis through our supply agency, providing you with flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in students\’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with classroom teachers and the SEN department to provide tailored support for students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
• Provide one-to-one support and small group interventions.
• Help to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Previous experience in SEN support is preferred, though full training can be provided for the right candidate.
