We\βre expanding our Birmingham office and are looking for a driven, confident Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Whether you\βre already working in Education recruitment, or come from a high-volume temp background (like Industrial, Catering or Construction), we\βd love to hear from you β we offer full cross-sector training.

What you\\\βll be doing
- Developing strong relationships with new and existing schools
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing education professionals
- Writing job adverts and managing candidate pipelines
- Arranging interviews and managing placements
- Negotiating contracts and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates

- Experience in recruitment or B2B sales (education sector experience is a bonus, but not essential)
