We are currently recruiting qualified teachers for a group of secondary Schools around the South Bucks and Buckinghamshire\’s area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating students in various subjects, with a particular emphasis on core subjects, English, Maths & Science.
This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to manage behaviour, and experience in special education or tutoring would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards.
Educate students in English and other assigned subjects, ensuring comprehension and retention of material.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive educational environment.
Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
Provide additional support for students with special educational needs through tailored instruction and resources.
Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching methodologies.
Experience
QTS is essential.
Previous experience teaching at the high school level is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Experience in special education or tutoring is highly desirable.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups of people.
Skills in behaviour management techniques to support student engagement and learning.
