PRIMARY TEACHERS REQUIRED

Are you an inspiring and dedicated Primary Teacher seeking a long-term role starting in September? Due to expected demand from our primary schools across North Staffordshire, we are urgently looking for primary teachers that find themselves available now or for the new academic year. As a skilled primary teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to pupils in your care. You will have the opportunity to teach a specific year group and develop engaging lessons that cater to their individual needs. You will be comfortable holding full class teacher responsibilities and passionate to make a significant difference to a school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and stimulating lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Differentiating instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of students.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning and encourages student participation.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement engaging schemes of work and resources.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within the relevant year group(s).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Passionate about creating a positive learning environment and promoting the well-being of students.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage time and resources.
  • Commitment to professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
  • Hold a valid DBS or be happy to have one put in process.
