Academics is excited to be working with a highly regarded and oversubscribed primary school in Braintree - a 'dead man's shoes' kind of school where vacancies rarely arise due to the exceptional working environment and supportive leadership.

We're seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join the team and provide classroom-based and 1:1 support to pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and/or Key Stage 2. You'll be helping children with a range of needs, fostering confidence, encouraging progress, and being a valued part of a welcoming school community.

The ideal LSA will have:

  • Experience working in a primary school setting
  • A nurturing, patient, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
