About the Role
As a Primary HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across all key stages. You may lead whole-class lessons, deliver targeted interventions, and provide assistance in planning and assessing learning outcomes.
This role is perfect for someone with classroom experience who holds a degree or Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification, and who is confident leading lessons in the absence of a teacher.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and support engaging learning sessions across the primary curriculum.
