We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in Kempston. This is a permanent, part-time position working across two well-equipped sites, supporting pupils with a diverse range of learning needs.
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils' academic, social, and personal development across all areas of the curriculum. Working closely with teaching staff, you'll help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every achievement is celebrated.
Position Details:
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Location: Kempston
- Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Salary: Β£20,508.00 (L4 Point 9-14, with a pending 3.2% pay increase)

You will also have the opportunity to deliver lessons using pre-prepared plans, ensuring consistency and structure for pupils throughout their learning journey.
Key Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
- Ability to commute to Kempston
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience or knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable - full induction and ongoing training will be provided
You will be assisting learners with severe and complex learning difficulties, including a significant number with Autism Spectrum Condition.
