This school is looking for a bubbly learning support assistant to join their incredible team on a full-time basis, ASAP. This school prides itself on offering a tailored and specialised education to meet the individual needs of each student. A learning support assistant would play a vital role in supporting the education and development of the students.
The day-to-day role of a Learning Support Assistant includes:
- Supporting the personal, social and educational development of the students
- Promoting inclusion and helping students to feel valued
- Encouraging independence and confidence both socially and academically
- Monitoring progress and reporting back to a wider team in order to provide high-quality care
- Emotionally supporting the students and helping them to regulate their emotions
