The Role:
The school are looking for an outstanding classroom practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead our EYFS provision. This dual role involves full-time teaching within the EYFS and taking on the leadership responsibilities for the phase.
As EYFS Lead, you will:
- Champion best practices in Early Years pedagogy and curriculum delivery.
- Lead the strategic development of the EYFS to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
- Support, coach, and mentor EYFS staff to promote continuous improvement.
