Experienced Teaching Assistant – Secondary (Watford, Hertfordshire)

Responsibilities
- Supporting students across KS3 and KS4, including those with Special Educational Needs.
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions, tailored to meet individual academic needs.
- Assisting in the classroom, working closely with teachers to support lesson delivery.
- Providing targeted academic support to help raise attainment and build student confidence.
