Location: Risca, South Wales
Hours: Mornings only (Full-time and part-time options available)
Daily Rate: £88.94 per day (rate may increase depending on experience, qualifications, and client rate)

We are currently seeking a dedicated ALN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming nursery class in Risca, working with children aged 3-4 years old.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils in a nursery setting, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)

• Provide general classroom support to the class teacher

• Assist with personal care tasks when required

• Promote a positive and nurturing learning environment for all pupils

? Requirements:

• Experience working with young children, particularly in early years or nursery settings

• Experience as an ALN Teaching Assistant

• Willingness to provide personal care support

• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and contribute to a supportive team

• Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to obtain)

• EWC Registration (as a School Learning Support Worker)

?? Desirable:

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent (not essential)
