Academics Ltd is seeking an Outreach, Engagement & Intervention Worker to support secondary-aged students at risk of exclusion and disengagement from education across North East and Mid Essex. You will deliver targeted 1:1 and group interventions, collaborate with schools and families, and promote trauma-informed approaches to improve attendance and educational outcomes for vulnerable learners.
Role requires strong record-keeping, flexibility and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
