The primary school is seeking a Teaching Assistant with a fantastic willingness to learn and a real desire to work with children with additional needs/SEN. The Ideal Teaching Assistant Would:
- Have a genuine passion for working with children with SEN
- Be driven to improve the education and life chances of children and young people
- Be able to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Be a positive role model and offer encouragement & promote confidence
- Assist with planning of activities with class teacher & SENCO
- Help with general class teaching assistant duties
