Academics Ltd in Chippenham, Wiltshire is recruiting an Emotional and Mental Health Support Worker to help children aged 5–16 with SEMH. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils develop emotional resilience and healthy coping strategies within a nurturing educational setting.

Working alongside teachers, therapists, psychologists and SEN professionals, you will support emotional regulation, behaviour strategies and wellbeing initiatives to create a safe, structured environment.
