- A culture where progress is individualised and meaningful, not just academic.
Key Responsibilities

- Support pupils with social communication, emotional regulation, and sensory needs.
- Monitor progress in both academic and life skills development.
- Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and external professionals (e.g. SALT, OT).
- Create a calm, predictable, and nurturing classroom environment.
What We’re Looking For

- Experience working with pupils with ASD and/or learning difficulties.
- Understanding of autism-specific strategies and approaches.
- A patient, resilient, and nurturing teaching style.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Based in or within commuting distance of Sutton.
What We Offer
- £37,000 – £56,000 (Outer London Pay Scale).
