Academics Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a successful Secondary SEMH school in Basingstoke for a Support Manager to start in September.

This temp-to-perm role offers a salary of £28,598–£31,022 per year (FTE); actual salary £24,515–£26,593.

You will manage the behaviour and wellbeing of SECID pupils aged 10–16, collaborate with the Support Team Lead, build strong relationships with students, families and staff, and contribute to whole-school life in an alternative education environment.
