As School Business Manager, you will work closely with the Headteacher and governors to lead and manage key aspects of the school’s business operations, including:
- Financial planning and budget management
- HR and personnel administration
- Premises and facilities management

- Strategic planning and school improvement support
You will be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the school’s long-term vision and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
School Business Manager Requirements:
- Has proven experience in financial and operational management, ideally in an education setting
- Holds a recognised school business management qualification (e.g. DSBM, CSBM) or equivalent
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities
