Key Responsibilities

  • Support children with a range of SEN needs in 1:1 and group settings.

  • Adapt learning materials and activities to suit individual needs.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student progress.
  • Candidate Requirements
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic graduate with a genuine interest in SEN.
  • Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach.
  • Experience working with children or young people (formal or informal) is beneficial but not essential.
