We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a high-achieving secondary school in Ealing, West London. Job Overview:

  • Location: Ealing, West London
  • Start Date: Immediate and September 2025 available
  • Contract: Full-time, long-term
  • Salary: Competitive weekly pay (PAYE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4 (Years 7–11)
  • Provide one-to-one and small group interventions
  • Assist with planning and delivering lessons under teacher guidance
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with SEN and Inclusion departments to support all learners

Requirements:

  • A 2:2 degree or higher (any subject)
  • Experience working with young people (paid or voluntary)
  • A genuine interest in becoming a teacher
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to a full academic year in a teaching assistant role
