Academics Ltd is seeking an Emotional Support Worker for a specialist school in Kidlington.

You’ll be a calm, patient, and positive role model, supporting students aged 5-16 with emotional regulation, social development and mental health needs.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, helping students understand feelings and build resilience.

The role is full-time, long-term, on-site, with a daily rate of Β£85–£110 depending on experience.
