Responsibilities
- Support lesson preparation and aid students with their learning.
- Assist the teacher with classroom management.
- Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons.
- Provide targeted support to students, both individually and in small groups, especially those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere that allows all students to excel.
- Support in maintaining a well-organised and safe classroom environment.
